Martello Lofts is described as a landmark boutique development of apartments based on the Portland Road in Hove. The contractors’ work involved the conversion of existing office space into 28Nr apartments and external works.

Quantity Surveying & Project Management Ltd’s commission was to support the main contractor with the provision of contractual advice and the formation of a loss and expense claim.
