This project was direct with the home owner to enable them to agree a settlement with the construction company. The home owner felt that there was damage to their three Storey Mews House when the contractor carried out foundation works.

Quantity Surveying & Project Management Ltd priced a schedule of remedial works for the home owner to submit to his insurance company so that they could make a claim against the construction company.
