Meadway homes announced that they have won the International Property Award of Best Apartment UK for their Design of The Pinnacle.
And we, at AML Southern Ltd, are very proud to have been working with Meadway Homes in their development which is now at RIBA Stage 3, providing the Bill of Quantities and the Pricing Bill of Quantities. This development is deep into RIBA Stage 5.
3. Stars Homes: Development of a Timber Structure, Block of Seven, 2 bedroom flats in Croydon. AML Southern Ltd have been providing Contractual Advice and Due Dilligence on some of the specialist trades.

Team AML will be reaching great heights again with another Skyscraper Challenge, following on from the successful NSPCC Challenge, to reach the top of London's Iconic Tower 42 in aid of Shelter England.
