Quantity Surveying & Project Management provided a quantity surveying role to a main contractor, comprising of valuation of variations and monthly valuation submission.

The works include the conversion of the existing Head Teacher and Chapel houses into a new Year 7 boarding house. The scope of works include the construction of a new two storey link extension; internal remodelling and refurbishment of the ground and first floor areas to provide new boarding accommodation, common rooms, welfare facilities, House Parent residences; mechanical and electrical services alterations to suit new layout. External works to form new entrance, access paths and soft landscaping.
