Bancroft Road Multi-Storey Car Park

Quantity Surveying & Project Management Ltd worked with Reigate and Banstead Borough Council on the total refurbishment project of the Bancroft road Car Park in Reigate, Surrey.

A cost plan was prepared based upon a brief provided by Reigate & Banstead Borough Council, a physical site survey and information provided by specialist trade contractors.

The extent of the refurbishment included; new line markings of bays, new signage, redecoration of soffits and walls, structural repairs on top decks, carpentry, new lighting, new elevators, and general cleaning.
