Quantity Surveying & Project Management Ltd were commissioned by the main contractor to carry out cost planning and estimating services for the refurbishment of a dilapidated 3 storey house. Refurbishment was required throughout, including; Bathrooms, The Staircase, Bedrooms, Lounge and Playroom.
